Abstrax’s Enterprise Integrator provides the key ingredients necessary to order and build customizable products faster and better than your competition can build standard products to stock.  One of our customers has a complex family of computer systems that can be built over 100 trillion different ways, but with the Enterprise Integrator system, it is as easy to manage as a ten option PC.

The diagram above follows a custom order through the various phases of the order fulfillment process. To ensure that the product arrives exactly how the customer requested it, all instructions are automatically tailored to the specific product ordered and the various technicians’ skill levels.

Because this manufacturing process is so exact and efficient, you will recognize gains even when you are building standard product to stock. The Manufacturing Module will even enable you to transparently mix both build-to-order and build-to-stock products on the same production lines.
