The Manufacturing Viewer (EIMV)

is used by the production staff to view the exact electronic work instructions throughout the various phases of manufacturing.

When an order is scheduled for the production line, a tailored procedure is generated for the work to be completed at each assembly and test station.  Textual instructions and annotated photographic quality images are combined to effectively communicate the work to be performed to the production technician.

This tool is also used to view static or fixed procedures.  It will guide your production staff through any fixed process such as component prep work or machine maintenance.

The Viewer is a universal tool for depicting procedures and can be setup to be an intelligent front end to your existing MRP/ERP system by automatically generating transactions associated with process steps.  This tool also enables both types of procedures to dynamically adapt the instructions to correspond to the ability of the production technician.
